The Bridge2AI data generation project is a collaborative of voice AI researchers with the mission to generate a substantial multi-institutional, ethically sourced, and diverse voice database linked to multimodal health biomarkers to fuel voice AI research and build predictive models to assist in screening, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad range of diseases. Dr. Maria Powell, project lead for the Plan to Enhance Diverse Perspectives, is looking for a Project Manager to assist with all administrative tasks linked to the project over the 4-year timeline. This position is specifically linked to the NIH-funded, 4-year project. The contract is for 1 year, renewable every year for 4 years.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Description

1. Organize meetings with PEDP team, Bridge2AI team leads, and potential collaborators, including obtaining pre-meeting materials, organizing agendas, and tracking meeting minutes.
2. Create and manage social media posts for lab advancements.
3. Support administrative infrastructure for management and reporting of tasks and deliverables for the project (Monday.com platform, Slack communication Platform and Teams
4. Participate in and support the development of single IRB protocols and data sharing agreements between academic institutions
5. Perform data collection procedures (including consenting and collecting acoustic samples participants, or processing pre-existing data)
6. Assist with organizing multidisciplinary scientific conference
