Shift: Day Shift as needed
*Will require 7 days of call per month and at least 1 weekend*
Location: 2300 Lone Star Road; Mansfield, TX 76063

- Join a family of caregivers focused on whole-person health and committed to making communities healthier.
- Provide wholistic care for patients that extends to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families. Chaplains are available to meet with patients, families and team members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide spiritual support.
- Help develop a brand new $150 million community hospital and medical office building that will provide services such as Emergency Services, Medical/Surgical, ICU, Women’s Services, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology and Gastroenterology.

The role you’ll contribute:
Performs diagnostic procedures to assess cardiac structures and hemodynamics, in accordance with accepted protocols. Which Includes but not limited to echocardiogram, transesophageal, stress echocardiogram, pediatric echocardiogram.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Maintains supply inventory and restocks to maintain proper operating levels
- Sets up and adjusts imaging equipment, while manually maneuvering transducers to perform exams
- Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures
- Performs routine and complex studies, in addition to assisting with a variety of imaging procedures
- Recognizes significant structures, artifacts, pathology, and equipment limitations
- Collects and maintains patient treatment records and data
- Conducts pre-treatment and post-treatment patient evaluations to ensure adequate preparation
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
- Technical/Vocational School
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Diagnostic Sonographer Credentialing accepted from: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), and Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), and Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (ACS)
- Echocardiography – Adult Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
- or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
- OR Echocardiography-Fetal Fetal Echocardiography (FE)
- OR Echocardiography – Pediatric Pediatric Echocardiography (PE) (RDCS)
- or Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS)
- OR Vascular Ultrasound Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
- or Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS)
Preferred qualifications:
- One year of technical experience
