Seeking experienced BSN, RN for our NICU weekend incentive program (WIP). This program offers you the flexibility to be off during the week and commit to the weekends, with benefits or without!
Our NICU is comprised of 86 beds, level III couplet care with highly skilled & dedicated professional nurses that care for our most vulnerable population. located in our Center for Women's & Children's Health on our Newark, DE campus.
Eligibility for WIP:
Minimum of two recent years of acute care experience within specialty & active RN DE/Compact License
Demonstrated ability to function independently in acute clinical setting with appropriate certifications including BLS, ACLS, NRP
Must commit to minimally 6-month schedule of weekends.
Scheduling Requirements:
- Two 12- hour shifts (beginning 1900 Friday evening and running until 0730 Monday morning)
- Work weekend schedule 3 of 4 weekends every 4-week schedule.
- Work a holiday rotation schedule, consistent with unit guidelines, in addition to their weekend commitment.
