UCHealth is ready to welcome a highly skilled andcompassionate BC/BE full-time OutpatientChild/Adolescent Psychiatrist. Join our expanding program that includes a full spectrum of behavioralhealth services and over 1500 providers within our physician-ledmulti-specialty group.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to childrenand adolescents, including completing diagnostic evaluations and evidence-basedtherapy
* Develop and implement individualizedtreatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, includingtherapists, nurses, and social workers
* Provide evidence-based psychiatriccare, including medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention
* Monitor patients' progress, evaluatetreatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
* Collaborate with families andcaregivers to educate and support them in understanding the child's mentalhealth condition and treatment
* Actively participate inmultidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and treatment planningsessions
Stay current with the latest research, developments, and best practicesin child/adolescent psychiatry

* The pay range for this full-time position is $274,500 - $310,000annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
* Thesalary range is based on the FTE percentage .81-1.0, which translates to 29 -36Patient facing hours.
* A relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
