Providence Medical Institute invites you to join our dynamic outpatient team as a full-time General Pediatrician in San Pedro, CA, located in Los Angeles County. You will be an integral part of a cozy clinic, collaborating closely with two other dedicated Pediatricians. Our supportive pediatric team is comprised of 12 skilled Pediatricians and 2 pediatric nurse practitioners across the PMI network, ensuring a robust exchange of expertise and experience. In this role, you will manage a rewarding caseload in our busy practice, with each patient interaction enhanced by the dedicated support of a 1:1 Medical Assistant. While you will have the chance to work closely with another provider, fostering an environment rich in mentorship and growth, proficiency in procedures is not a necessity for this position. Set in a charming beach community, our clinic offers a delightful suburban atmosphere, allowing you to strike the perfect work-life balance. This is an outpatient opportunity only, with no newborn hospital rounding and is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in pediatric healthcare while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle of the Los Angeles area.

• Compensation is between $212,714 and $297,163 per year
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Providence Medical Institute is a physician services organization with more than 200 physicians across 50 medical offices, including five urgent care centers.
