About the Role:
You’ll provide comprehensive, longitudinal care to adult and adolescent patients in a 100% outpatient setting, managing both routine and complex internal medicine needs. With access to integrated behavioral health, pharmacy, specialty care, and population health resources, you’ll be supported in delivering high-quality, team-based care.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of internal conditions (e.g., diabetes, heart disease, infections)
Manage chronic, acute, and complex medical conditions
Interpret labs and test results; prescribe medications and therapy
Collaborate with specialists and refer as needed
Guide patients in preventive care, nutrition, and health education

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
